Currently, we are working on an extremely exciting G+9 (Ground plus 9 floors) building project in Guntur by SDVVL Survey and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. This project defines our experience of how large projects can be dealt with, high-rise construction work should be started from the ground level till completion, and importance given to precision, safety, and quality.
Project Planning: We work with architects and engineers to define objectives, establish the budget, and create a timeline that ensures the project goes on with fewer troubles.
Site Analysis: Soil testing and environmental assessment are conducted to consider the feasibility of the site and make the proper construction plan.
Permitting: We obtain permits and approvals from local authorities so that the requirements under those regulations can be fulfilled.
Procurement Phase
Selection of Contractor: The contractors are selected based on the experience and tenders submitted that would be cost-effective.
Acquisition of Materials: We ensure that the materials purchased are relevant to construction activities, such as concrete, steel, and finishes, to deliver durability and performance.
Construction Phase:
Site clearing and foundation work: The site is cleared, and deep foundations laid down, essential for a high-rise structure.
Structural Frame Construction: This includes constructing the core structure, columns, beams, and laying of floor slabs including the elevator and stairwell core.
Vertical Construction Walls, partitions, and cladding are framed.
MEP Installation Plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems are installed to make the building completely functional.
Finishing Work
Interior Finishes: Interior Finishes Drywall, painting, flooring, and other finishing touches to get the place habitable.
External Finishes :Closings on the exterior cladding, installation of windows and doors and finishing of the exterior elevation.
Landscaping and Site Development : Landscaping of the surrounding and development of pathway and other outdoor features
Quality Control and Inspection :nternal and external inspections from time to time during construction to ascertain its compliance with safety and building standards.
